Looking for font used by youth ice hockey team

I am looking for the attached font. It is used by a youth ice hockey team for the past 3-4 years. It looks close to Engine company oblique but the E is missing a middle serif. I have searched for something close to this/that but can't so I came to the experts!

I didn’t find a perfect match either, and I suspect that, if not completely custom draw, it is at least modified in some way.

The closest I did found would be an artificially slanted Egyptienne with an uncurled leg of |R|, but as far as I can gather, Egyptienne only comes in Condensed or Extended widths.

The only typeface in the Clarendon/Ionic style I could find with a similar |R| isn’t bold enough (among other differences).

Not finding a match either. I even straightened it out and searched on that version, with no luck.

Sunday Clarendon Bold Italic is similar (just stretch it out a bit and maybe add a stroke to beef it up).
