I´m looking for the font type name for CIS

looking for a digital version. Commercial fonts are fine. 

I need a free alternative if possible

need the name for a research paper

To be honest I would highly recommend to go with an alternative font, because these letters aren’t drawn clean and perfect. For me it even looks like an application of different fonts.

Maybe one alternative could be the headline font used on the website.

For other suggestions of similar fonts some more letters would help. But so far you could have a look to these:
