"CARTER" text from t-shirt graphic (WWE)

Does anyone know the font from this pro-wrestling logo from a t-shirt? The text says "CARTER" I believe, not sure if it's all caps or not. The font is from a WWE logo from an entrance video and is also used on merchandise such as t-shirts. Typically, WWE uses fonts from for free font sites, however commercially, sometimes uses fonts from creative market or myfonts. I have found some similar fonts with the little hooks off the side of the text, but not something exact like this. I believe that the little crooked hooks on the text is part of the font, but I am not sure. I am open to free and commercial fonts if it is either. Thank you so much!
