Looking for the font used in a Sufjan Stevens lyrics video

Can you help me recognize the font used in this photo. I found it while watching a lyrics video and long for having the name.

Except for the cramped descenders (|p|g|), it looks similar to some cuts of Times (New Roman).

Appears to be the roman characters (a bastardizaton of Times/Times New Roman) of the Chinese typeface ICS3.
