Looking to identify "Io Shirai" font from WWE entrance video and t-shirt design

Hey everyone, I can't seem to track down this font, if it is one. It's kind of grungey and looks to mix capital and lowercase lettering, but not sure if that is true. It's from a t-shirt design and is also used in her entrance graphic. Typically, their fonts are from for-free font sites, but some are commercial/pay. (ex: dafont, myfonts, creative market) It doesn't matter if its free or pay for this one is if its a font. Any and all help would be much appreciated!

The best I can find is a straighten up and modified Fuji Quake Zone.

(in any case, given the three different |i|s, the weathering seems to have been applied afterwards)
