Looking for South African Driver License font(s)

I'm looking for font(s) for the South African Driver's license (image and link included). I'm interested in fonts that are used for data (such as "25/09/2016" in the right lower corner), not for headers (such as "Expiry date"). A web link to the same DL.

Both free and commercial fonts are fine, but I'm looking for a perfect match (for completely legal purposes).

Our purpose is ID verification.

Any help locating the right font will be much appreciated!

It doesn’t seem to be a regular outline font. It looks like a dot matrix printer and the fonts will be native to the printer itself.

Can you make a guess as to the number of dots in each dimension? I'd also appreciate a pointer to a tool that can create a matching font out of bitmap representations if that's possible.
