Pls help identify Gill Sans-esque house name font (Elgin House)

Hi everyone - I'm trying to identify the font used on the house name of a local property. It seems quite close to Gill Sans but has quite a few subtle differences (note the 'G' in particular).

Any guidance would be super helpful?

Thanks! I did think Futura and looked around but couldn’t find one that matched exactly with most having subtle differences. Guess I’ll take another look at Futura variants...

Bitstream’s version of Futura Book was the best match I could find (after straightening and cleaning up the image).

Futura Book is exactly what I landed on too after browsing the Futura derivatives on MyFonts! Really appreciate you taking the time to take a look too & came to same conclusion.
