I am looking for both fonts used on the side of the FDNY Battalion 9

Hey! I'm looking for the font for "9" and the font used in "In Loving Memory of" etc this is the best image I can find:

The script appears to be Opti Sport Script (no longer available). MVB Mascot would be a decent substitute.

The 9 might be Soccer League (without other characters for comparison, hard to be sure). Dres Three is also very close.
