Unfortunately, there is only one letter to go off of. And they decorated it with leaves. I'm looking for a free or commercial version of this font.

Looks like a completely customised logo.

Why not contact the designer directly and ask Rasdonna herself, she is in Sri Lanka and there is a link to contact her on the page you linked.
