Please help me identify the curled serif font used for the Spanish title of this wall calendar that reads:

"Ntra. Sra. DEL PERPETUO SOCORRO"

FWIW, I have subsequently discovered "SOCORRO" means "help," not  sorrow.

I’ve been searching, but no luck on a match yet. It doesn’t appear to be a widely available commercial typeface.

Which led me to search for liturgical fonts, and I came a bit closer—Lasance Initials (history here).

I’ve also seen this style described as missal initials (the broader style is Lombardic).

On dafonts you'll find a free typeface called "Dublin" by Vladimir Nikolic which looks about 90% close to this one your searching for:
