camille01
A friend designed this logo a while back for my husband's band. Trying to redesign it. Can anyone tell me what the font is for the words Southern Phoenix? I'm not sure if the font was originally outlined or not, or if it was originally "distressed"--looks like that treatment may have been added to the entire design after the fact. The black and white image is the original logo. I pulled out the words "Southern Phoenix" and filled them in red to see if that might help anyone recognize the font if it might be a filled font. Any help is appreciated. Link to comment
Kevin Thompson
Sorry, not finding a match for the main name as a whole, or for the capitals or lowercase glyphs by themselves. I suspect it is custom lettering, not a typeface. Only finding similar—Signalist, Mettars, Kindness Typeface Brush. BLUES BAND appears to be Azo Sans Bold (also available via Adobe Fonts). Kevin Thompson
Well done, Alexandru. It came on the market in 2016, but faded quickly—it doesn’t seem to be sold anywhere. Link to comment
