Please help me identifying this font (E.C.O. Lingual)

I used it several years ago in this sort of administrative documents but my PC crashed and all typos flew away. Will you please help me identifying this typo. I am almost certain its name started with the letter "v" but not 100% sure.

I am not sure it my previous post was deleted. If so, would you please let me know were to learn the forum rules? Thanks.
