Hi, the German journal "Archiv für Urkundenforschung" (here the 1908 issue) uses this very particular font. I tried some of the various online tools, but they all failed. Especially the upper-case letters look peculiar.

I am just asking out of curiosity, so the name of the font is enough for me. Thank you!

It’s called Holländische Antiqua. Originally published by Heinrich Hoffmeister, later by D. Stempel AG. 

Not available as digital font. Similar fonts are available using the keyword “romanisch”.
