Need help finding the font for a cover (The Lettermen: Goin Out of My Head)

Hello all. I was diggin in my collection and discovered a very interestin typeface on the back cover. The artist is The Lettermen and the Album is Goin Out of My Head. Has some intricacies inside the letters themselves and i found it quite intriguin. If you could help me find it i would be very appreciated.
