Font from Country Club in Highland Park

Hi everyone, I need help finding this font. 

I'm usually pretty good at it but this one is stumping me.

 

It's from a very old country club called Old Elm Club in Highland Park IL. These are the names of the people who've won tournaments over the years. 

We were hired to update the names, and I want to use the same font if I can help it. These were probably done sometime in the 70's or 80's by an old school sign company, so my best guess is it's some sign-trade font sold in a catalog back then, haven't been able to track it down. Any help is appreciated.
