Font used in spanish medicine manual from the sixties. University of Granada

this is from a spanish medicine manual  used in the University of Granada in the 1960's. Maybe somebody can identify the font. Thank you!

I suspect that it isn’t a typeface used for traditional printing, but an electric typewriter font in a Doric / Light Face Gothic style.

No luck tracking it down yet.
