I am having a difficult time finding this font.  Any help would be great

Very similar to Bernhard Tango, but not quite an exact match (the capital F, for instance).

Here is a version from an engraving company that seems to match your sample. This version may be specific to the engraving world (not finding a digital typeface with that F).
