Hi, to me this looks similar to Eloquence Light by Paul Goode https://www.myfonts.com/fonts/paulo-goode/eloquence/

The serifs on the A & possibly B are a bit different but the Q is very close.

The closest match I could find is the Latin part of Microsoft Uighur, but it looks a bit darker than the sample.

Seconding Riccardo’s ID—seems to be the Latin characters of a number of Microsoft’s foreign language fonts, including Uighur and Arabic Typesetting.
