Help identifying font used on typographyc poster by Guang Yu

Hope you're doing fine.

I stumble upon this work (see file attached) and I want to know what font was used, if one at all.

It could very much be a custom work, but I'm not sure, so I came to the place.

I did find it as a Charon RegularVersion 1.000 on LikeFont.com, they say it's non-commercial, but the whole site is if-y, and copyright is very flexible term in Asia. So I leave it as that, without direct link.
