Need to reproduce this for re-lettering boat transom

 Photo from owner of new owner of boat. He had it repainted and wants exact reproduction of lettering. The one photo available is very distorted. Similar to Garamond fonts but UNIQUE LETTER IS THE "R" with extended "tail."

There are two typefaces here.
OCEAN PURSUITS does seem to be set in some form of Garamond, but without a cleaner source image hard to say which one.

Rockland, ME. is set in Goudy Oldstyle Bold.

I think it may be Monotype Garamond, with the R a mash up of the swash and regular versions (tail from the swash version, plain upper left corner from the regular version).

Kevin--Thank you very much! Your suggestion is a very good one. I am pursuing this font as a solution to this demanding assignment. I need to "overlay" work on previous work and there are many variations of Garamond. Thanks again for your great input.
