Looking for the font of this 1889 Bible publishing mark font. (Tower Publishing Co.)

I would like help to identify the “Tower Publishing Co.” font.

The closest I can find is Great Victorian.

Looks a lot like Glyptic, a Victorian font (1878) by Herman Ihlenburg.

A fairly straight digitization ($65) is at
