Need Font, only have as an eps file and high resolution jpg. Friend created logo in adobe illustrator, no longer has access to files or program. (Elevation Real Estate)

Friend created my logo and provided me an eps file and high resolution jpg. She lost her files when her computer crashed and doesn't remember the font that she used. I have been searching for a while and can't find this font. Can anyone identify? It was created with adobe illustrator and was a font that was included in the software.

Looks like Berlin Sans FB in Illustrator.
