Does anyone know the name of the font being used on the NBA on-court hoodies and t-shirts?  Please see example below.

Most professional sports leagues commission custom typefaces for use on uniforms and/or merchandise.

I found one team's NBA brand guidelines that lists the typeface  Vincent as available for use on merchandise designs. It's not an exact match to your sample (the I), but it is quite close.
