Unknown '90s font from 1-800 New Funk album

I can't seem to find this exact 1990s font. Any clue?

What’s the context? What’s 1-FEK?

These letters appear on a 1994 album cover. I chose these 4 character as they are the best legible. I tried putting them in the well-known font recognisers to no avail.

Look at older variants of Kabel (Not ITC Kabel) or BT Geometric 231 as a departure point. These all have crossing W but this one was probably created by starting out with a V cut in half.
