The cap "R" has a slight bend in the leg. Not seeing this font anywhere. Perhaps the "R" has been customized.

The closest I can find is AMCCD. The link is directly from the author on his Meta page. So it should be freeware. The 'A' doesn't match. Either it's a combination of multiple fonts, or the 'A' was customized.

I think it may be a customization of Adam Medium, by Adam Nördling (free for personal use only).

The crossbars on the A|s have been added, which may explain why the crossbar on the first A is slightly higher than its counterparts.
