2/3 of these fonts I need to ID (Soul Food book)

First and last lines are Fertigo, but I can't find the title and "Edited by" fonts.

SOUL FOOD is Servus Text Display, by David Engelby. Seems to be in the public domain, but if you want to use it commercially I suggest you contact him to confirm.

Edited by… might be one of the lighter weights of Seravek, by Process Foundry, and is also a Mac OS font.
