Mistress monster truck 199os - what font?

there was a monster truck that showed up in TNN's Motor Madness show here and there. Motor Madness eventually became Monster Jam (Grave Digger, Maximum Destruction, ect.) but to the point. what kind of a font is this? i know that some monster truck fonts are basically custom made by the driver/painter without a specific font chosen for it but this specific one looks too distinct and 'mapped out' for it to be just painted on there.

I found it under the name FZ Wacky 43 Italic, but only available from some sketchy download sites. Do a Google search on the name and proceed with caution.

Evidently part of a larger family distributed in 1994 by Fantazia Concepts Inc.
