I saw this about 10 years ago in a music venue brochure (forgot which one). I recently stumbled on it and still wondering what this font is.

Sorry, I can’t find the typeface in any of the major matching databases, and a reverse image search turns up nothing.

I’m afraid that without more details about the origin of the sample, or more images from the brochure, we’re at a dead end.
