Is it safe to say it's 'Botanika Mono Bold' or at least it looks a lot like it?

It’s not Botanika. Where does the image come from? We might have more clues to identify it, if we know where that comes from.

For lookalikes, you could look for DIN Condensed or Engschrift. The peculiarity of your sample mainly appears to be the "low-waisted" |R|.

Somewhat: Whataburger (the ones that made the sign) on their website use Bebas, a similar but lighter font design.
