Typeface used on graduation show book cover in the Netherlands

From what I can gather, this design was created in 2017, but I'm unsure of the typeface's original creation date. 

Alternatives are fine. Mostly looking for a typeface with a similar G and C.

Probably too late, but Lewis McGuffie Zierde Grotesk Light is kind of similar, with almost that G and C you were looking for.
