animalmother90 Posted June 19, 2018 Posted June 19, 2018 Hi all, Would anyone be able to help me to identify the fonts below from a cafe in London - it looks 1980's at first glance, but suspect they're not. My girlfriend wants to use something similar for her music project. Link to logo URL: http://palmvaults.com/ Thanks all, James
Solution Kevin Thompson Posted June 19, 2018 Solution Posted June 19, 2018 PALM is FHA Condensed French. At first I thought Vaults might be Xtreem, but I think it is a distorted setting of Southern Aire. 1
animalmother90 Posted June 19, 2018 Author Posted June 19, 2018 Kevin that’s incredible. Thank you so much for lending me the font of your wisdom. Very kind and appreciated.
Louispassell Posted May 31, 2020 Posted May 31, 2020 Hi all, i'm not sue it's Southern Aire actually. The 't' glyph is similar but the 'V' glyph isn't correct, that's more like Xtreem but that's not right either... unless there is something i'm missing? L
Kevin Thompson Posted May 31, 2020 Posted May 31, 2020 I called it a “distorted setting” of Southern Aire—it has been severely stretched vertically/compressed horizontally.
