Trying to find this font to match fleet of trucks (Advanced Oil Recovery)

I have searched for this font and the closest, but not perfect match, is "Zero Twos".  My client has recently moved to my area and has trucks he needs lettered to match his existing fleet.  I have tried 1001 fonts without success.  Any assistance in getting this true type font would be much appreciated.  Thank you.
