That is likely a one-off lettering job, not a font. You might find something free on
dafont.com that has a similar look. Finding a real font with such freeform style would be very unlikely though.

As George said it looks like one-off lettering. In my collection I have a typeface called "magnolia sky" which has a similar freestyle about it. It isn't exact but like I said it has a similar lilt.

My version has a few alternative swashes, there may be a expert version with more alternative glyphs.

Close but not exact - close is only good enough with hand grenades.
