Looking to customize an image of an old Remington typewriter, and hoping to find this font, or the closest approximation to it.

The fonts you suggested, as well as the fonts in the other discussion, are very close. Each has individual letters that seem to match almost perfectly. For example, the cap R from Romana seems to really match the R from Remington.
