Looking for the fonts used on store banners and a quote

Hi guys,

I'm seeking some help in identifying the font used in these store banners and a quote. 

This one is from I believe a jewellery store in Florence, Italy

And this one is a vintage antique store in France.

 

This quote is by Jane Austen in Pride & Prejudice.

I suspect that the first sample is lettering, not a typeface. Similar: Hotline, Selfie.

The second sample appears to be Kuenstler Script.

The third sample is Pinyon Script, a Google webfont.
