Trying to identify the font of the letters ALL from this casino type treatment. My first post, regards

That "All" looks like it is: Bodega Serif Medium Oldstyle - from the font bureau - with a bit of a lean added and a few glyphs (J for L) rotated 180 degrees. A little bit of tweaking in Illustrator and bingo - your there.
