I need to find this font (INDEPENDENCE SWIMMING)

I need to find the font of the text "INDEPENDENCE SWIMMING". Or at least something similar, condensed look, similar serifs and the negative thin lines in letters (I can make them manually if you know a font that all the other features are same or very similar). Thank you.
