Looking for this font used in documents of Netflix's House of Cards Series

This font appears many times on written documents in the series, and i would like to know which one they use.

The screenshots were made from the 7th episode of the 1st season, minute 35:20.

Some cut of Garamond (but not ITC Garamond).

On a second look, I am pretty convinced it is the version from Monotype, bundled with Windows.

Yeah, you’re right. The colour and the |4| are a better match.
