Font from Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve

Does anyone know what this font is in the attached file, from Dick Clark's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest? The glittery design doesn't matter, it should probably be a solid color. It seems pretty basic, but I can't find anything that has this straight 1, that circular 6 with the more square looking number 0 and letter O, along with that kind of apostrophe.
