I am looking for an modify "aged" version of Raleigh Demi Bold.

"Aged" like the one the channel Townsends use for their thumbnails: https://www.youtube.com/user/jastownsendandson/videos

If you do not know any aged version of Raliegh Demi Bold, can you please tell me the name of the font Townsends use?

The typeface in your sample is Caslon Antique.

I don’t know of any antique versions of Raleigh, but if you are looking for typefaces with a vintage look, try Oldfonts and Walden Font Company.
