looking for the font used on this coin (Sigma Chi)

need help identifying the font used in this Sigma Chi Fraternity coin.  I have a customer who sent me this image, so I don't know the vintage of the coin, the source of the image, etc.  Any help is appreciated.

More than likely a special type specific for the badge maker. However ITC Tiffany could be considered close but not exact.
