Corporate aerospace slant font (EG&G Special Projects)

Trying to identity the font that reads SPECIAL PROJECTS. Note the top/bottom of the S. Also note the P doesn't completely close, and the cap J drops below the baseline.

It is very grainy but I would guess Friz Quadrata italic.

It's not Friz Quadrata. This looks sans serif. I found a clearer picture...

I’s not really that much clearer, and Friz Quadrata’s tiny serifs could easily get lost at such low resolution.

Another option could be an artificially slanted/stretched Baker Signet/Sigvar:
