Hoping someone out there can help?

I've just been asked if I can design some print stationery for a friend of a friend. I've been sent an image of a sticker they had dome through eBay (the company doesn't do print media or providing image files) and I can't for the life of me find the same font. I've searched Google Fonts, 1001 & Font Squirrel to no avail...

Anyone out there know this font???
