After doing some research, the closest I came was https://www.myfonts.com/fonts/spiecegraphics/quaint-gothic-sg/ Any help will be greatly appreciated! -Keith

Quaint Gothic being a revival of an old typeface also known as Desdemona, it could also be that the sign maker already had a version with such alternates.
