Phillip L. Pierceall Posted July 20, 2019 Posted July 20, 2019 Swing City Auction Company I started in 1997 I made the logo with the S that the silhouette is stepping on I bought a new computer and my graphics program did not transfer correctly. I need to id the what font the S is done in. I appreciate the help thank you
Gecko Posted July 21, 2019 Posted July 21, 2019 You could try either: Helvetica Compressed, Univers Ultra Condensed or Akzidenz Grotesk Medium Condensed. Those typefaces would all have been standard on most computers back in the 1990's (there are many variants from different foundries these days) but maybe look at stuff from ITC or Adobe.
Riccardo Sartori Posted July 21, 2019 Posted July 21, 2019 @Gecko I understand Pillip is asking for the |S| behind the silhouetted figure in the logo, not the text below.
Solution Kevin Thompson Posted July 21, 2019 Solution Posted July 21, 2019 The S is Lakeshore Drive, by Nick Curtis. The rest of the type is Bebas/Bebas Neue.... 1
Phillip L. Pierceall Posted July 21, 2019 Author Posted July 21, 2019 That's it I knew it was a name of a street I just could not remember - Thank you
