What is this font with this strange "S" in Churchville-Chili Logo

Working on a re-creating the logo for Churchville-Chili Nutritional Service. (I'm guessing that it was originally created within the last couple of years)

I believe it is apart of the town or school (located in NY)

with my searching I couldn't track down any digital versions of the logo

The one attached image is a picture of a shirt that was given to us.

The other attached images are some quick attempts at isolating the font.
