On this image i want to find the font of "Kuliah Umum Gurbenur Kalimantan Utara Di Universitas Diponegoro"

for the source of this image i can't find it...

if possible the free altenative of the font

The font is "Ravie" from the Font Bureau, it has been dramatically condensed to about 60%.
