Im really wanting to find out the name of the 'Niagara' typeface used on this album cover! If anyone could help me that would be greatly appreciated!

This is lettering, not a typeface (look at the 3 different |a|s).

You can find something similar looking for keywords like "psychedelic". One example (that would need to be vertically compressed for a better match):
