Looking for the name of this header font used in "Dungeons & Dragons" 3.5 edition sourcebooks

This font was used by Wizards of the Coast LLC in several books for the Dungeons and Dragons game (3.5 edition). The images provided here are from "Tome of Magic" (2006).

I'm trying to find out the name of the font. Links to either free or commercial versions of the font are also helpful. Thank you.

That "t" is very distinctive.
