Looking for the font in the American Politiehond Association

Hey everyone!

I am recreating this design for a client. I am having a hard time finding the font for the text "AMERICAN POLITIEHOND ASSOCIATION." Can anyone identify it for me? It can be a personal or commercial font.

Thanks for reaching out. I ended up just creating the font myself using the pen tool & another font. Although, thanks so much regardless!
